You know how it goes — you’re planning a road trip, checking PlugShare, and a bunch of the the fast chargers along your route are Tesla Superchargers or NACS-only stations. The adapter you’d need costs $200-300, and you might only use it a few times a year.
That’s why we created Adapt & Go.
What It Is
We now have NACS adapters for CCS EVs available for loan in Edmonton and Calgary. Book one when you need it, pick it up from a local EVAA volunteer, and return it when you’re done.
No purchase. No commitment. Just access to more chargers when you need them.
Why This Matters
NACS adoption is accelerating. Tesla has opened their Supercharger network, and other networks are adding NACS cables. But for those of us with CCS vehicles, that means carrying an adapter — or missing out on convenient charging options.
With Adapt & Go, you get access without the upfront cost. Perfect for:
- Road trips where Superchargers fill the gaps between CCS stations

- Backup access when your usual CCS stations are busy, broken, or ICE’d

- Verify your EVAA membership (automatic during booking)
- Connect with your local volunteer who will arrange pickup details
- Charge at Tesla Superchargers and other NACS stations during your booking
