The future is coming and EVAA was in attendance to witness it at #CES2022.
To kick it off, let’s talk about a few of the futuristic transportation options potentially coming your way.
In the sky we have Skydrive. A Japanese based company established in 2018. The SD-XX concept model has a max cruise speed of 100 km/hr and flight time of 20-30 mins. While it’s tough to see their vision coming to fruition in the near future, it’s great to see companies pushing that future closer. Flying cars anyone?

On land we have the Hardt Hyperloop. Imagine an on-demand, affordable transport system with which people can travel huge distances in a short time – all completely emission-free, safe, and accessible to everyone. People will be able to live and work wherever they choose and, consequently, expand their boundaries. Traveling faster than a plane at a fraction of the energy.

Might as well travel underground too in one of the Boring Company’s tunnels. Tunnels minimize usage of valuable surface land and do not conflict with existing transportation systems. A large network of tunnels can alleviate congestion in any city; no matter how large a city grows, more levels of tunnels can be added. Loop is an all-electric, zero-emissions, underground public transportation system in which passengers are transported directly to their final destination with no stops along the way.
